Sorry to say this, but there is no cure for squeaky chair. I know, used to have one, it was so comfortable and had a nice cloth seat and back, would tip back into several positions and all. But every time I moved it squeaked! My husband took it out to the garage and got me a new chair, that's how I solved the problem. OH! I have had my belly button pierced (on the top) since I was 18 so about 3 years. I have always noticed it wasn't pierced as thick as my friends it's very superficial and all my belly button rings are too long and tend to swivel around. How to ease my period while on vacation?

I've been in London/Paris for four days with my family and since I tend to have bad luck, of course I got it yesterday while we were on the train from London to Paris. I didn't see it coming because I have never had a regular period before. I never know when it's coming, but every time it's extremely heavy for the first three days. Anyways, day 1 is almost over and it hasn't gone well. I brought pads but it's so heavy that I need to change it every couple of hours and I just feel disgusting all of the time. It's been soaking through and ruining my clothes. And we have no laundry so I have to reuse my blood-soaked pants for the next two weeks until I return home. I have the first 2 Tom Clancy 3ds games and while it was fun at first it got boring really fast. I recently saw the psvita and it looks epic. I know it comes out basically next year so should I sell my 3ds now? Sell it later? Keep it? Or get the Vita? Major fire hazard, will a surge protector stop this?

My laptop charger is not working properly. It is causing too much power to go thru to the metal tip of the charger. if im correct the e620 is the their newest model, if your wanting to stay in a lower price range olympus would be a good choice. youll most likely find it a lot cheaper than the nikon D3000 and canon rebel and you wont be dissapointed. i got my e-450 for around 400 from Staples. you just have to look around online a lot and compare prices. UBER ULTRA EMERGENCY! Black bear or rabid Raccoon?!?

I live in PA. My friend and I went "Coon Watching" We put egg yolk (raw) cheese curls and bread together and went outside, flinging the food for the coons. We heard crackling raccoon chirps and bark breaking noises. We went inside to get cat food eggs and peanut butter. Then, my friend said she heard a raccoon panting on our left near the woods. (My house is in the middle of the woods, literally.) Then I heard scratching, as if something was crawling out of a tree. After that noise, we heard more panting and crawling on the ground. We decided it was a rabid coon and we ran inside. I know black bears climb and pant, but this seemed kind of like a cub and perhaps a mom. What you guys/gals think? Raccoon or black bear?? Reasons to get a boat?

I need some good reasons to help push myself to buy a boat from a friend. It's not a bass tracker or anything. But it's a really nice steel jon boat with 2 rows of seats and 2 swivel seats, it also has a 9.5 trolling motor. Another friend is wanting to sell me a really nice colt .45 revolver. Onkyo TX-NR708 problem?

I have had this receiver for since it came out and it has worked fine until today. I don't know why but when the power went out the HDMI ins stopped working. The only thing I can get from the HDMI is the setup menu for the receiver, and a blue screen from the receiver that means there is no signal. Like all of my expensive things, it is connected to a surge protector and my tv works fine and my cable box shows the time and I can change the channels so, that might rule out a blowout. I am pretty good at solving problems by myself, but this is really annoying. I was really hoping that I don't have to send it back and that means being without a receiver for two weeks or more. Swollen lump, hurts really bad?

Kitchen tap is leaking...replace it or fixable?

Minecraft Major lag problem?

Okay so there are a lot of problems with it. first of all, i have to keep refreshing the world by pressing F to stop the choppy movement just for a little bit and then it goes back to being choppy. also after awhile it just freezes up and i cant just exit out i have to go to the task manager and exit out from there. also during the lag, when i place a block, it freezes for a second and then when it unfreezes i end up placing 2 blocks. also sometimes the sounds in the game echo really bad. i have tried everything including setting the graphics to fast and setting the render distance to the shortest and the best frame rate option, messing with the infinity and putting the priority to high. I even tried to re-install minecraft completely. IT DOESN'T MATTER. I have no mods or texture packs and i have not attempted to install any. its been like this since i first tried the game. I have a new laptop with windows vista and everything that i have on the laptop is updated to the latest version and all i have bit-defender as my virus protector. My computer becomes unresponsive whenever I try to run a game in fullscreen mode. For example, Pirates of the Caribbean Online, Terraria, and others as well. It goes to a black screen and freezes there, and I can't do anything. I have to manually turn off my computer and start it back up again. I have a Windows XP Service Pack 3 Media Center Edition computer. I also have Trend Micro Internet Security, which is a virus protector. If any of this information helps, what could be causing this to happen?

I pay rent in the house my Dad left me and I still get yelled at for the way I keep my room or bathroom. Hello. I'm fourteen, 5'6, and I weight about 120. I know that sounds like a healthy weight according to the BMI chart but I am disgusted with myself. I have small arms but my stomach looks like pumpkin, no lie.. I have to wear my pants above my waist so my love handles won't show. I also am ashamed of my thighs, I have no gap between my legs and they jiggle. I am VERY healthy. I do not eat junk food, nor do I drink soda, and I don't eat a lot. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables annd drink water. I exercise, too. I jog/walk everyday on the treadmill and lose 310 calories (so my treadmill says) then I do a couple of toning exercises like lunges and reverse crunches.. I've been worrying about my appearance ever since last year and I've exercised and everything but have no results. My goal weight is 100... honestly my insecurities are ruining my life. I do not go out much because I am ashamed of my body, and I am always depressed. My parents have thought about taking me to see a therapist for my depression. How can I lose the weight? Would two Surge protectors be better to protect my phone line?

my computer and electronics are plugged into two surge protectors under my desk, one for the computer and one for the networking so that way neither strip has a ton of stuff on it. ok so the other day i was on the internet anx everything was find and out of nowhere everything just closed out. so i ran a full scan with my trend micro virus protection and it said that it found13 things of spyware and that it successfully deleted them . but this win 7 security 2012 keeps poping up saying alert your computers infected and it runs a scan and says it found all these viruses but when i use my virus protector it says that it didnt find any. so now heres the problem i csnt do anything on my computer now. i try to open up internet explorer and win 7 secuirty wont let me. i cant open itunes i cant open my birus protector any more i cant even go to my C drive . and then i put it in safemode and the problem was still there i cant even look at any files in safemode . basically i cant do anyhing. so should i go to best buy and have them remove it or can i jus do a factory reset or is there sometype of way i can delete this thing on my own . i must say im not an expert at computers but im not a dummy at them eiher . How do I know what's wrong with my PC?

I was having problems with my computer shutting down on its own and then I wasn't noticing a fan running prior to the issues. One day I came to the computer and nothing would turn on. Basically my father has abused both me, my mom, my grandma and when he was younger, my brother for as long as I can remember. When I was little I would get severe beatings and sometimes I would be forced to sleep outside. My dad would also threaten me on an almost daily basis that he was going to kick me out on the street and that I would be raped, tortured, killed, etc. and when I was younger he convinced me that he was my sole protector and the beatings were for my own good and that he loved me. He also tried to turn me into a homophobic, racist, religious zealot. Now that I'm older and I no longer take crap from him he doesn't try to get me to sleep in the yard or anything of that sorts but still spends the better part of our time together yelling at me and trying to convince me that I am worthless. He also has this control over my mother. My mom is usually very kind, forgiving, compassionate, etc. but if for whatever reason he gets angry at anything my mom even if she totally disagrees will start to mirror the outrage. He also yells at her all the time for the slightest things, for example if the large 5 course dinner she served him after working all the day was too hot, or if it is too cold, or if it is the perfect temperature that it tastes like crap. It has gotten so bad that she now has blood pressure and heart problems, all stress related. He used to occasionally beat her as well but now that I got older and could protect my mother he doesn't anymore to my knowledge. Furthermore he makes her take several buses to get to work (which is our tortilla bread shop) where she spends over 10 hours both cooking and working the cash register, all with no heat or air conditioning. On top of this she has to come home and do all the cooking and cleaning the house until it's spotless etc. while he spends his day sitting on his ***. I do as much work as I can and sometimes spend all nighters so that my mom can get some rest but I have school and I try to spend as little time home as possible, b/c of how bad my dad gets. And my mom has to give every penny she makes to my father and when I was younger and my bank account was still connected to my parents', he emptied out all my savings (11,200) and tried to get me to drop out of school so that I would work at the shop. Once I stood up to him and the fight got so bad my mom had a heart attack right there and he refused to let me call an ambulance and disconnected the phone. But then after a fight with him I got his cellphone and called the police and when they showed up he put all the blame on me saying that I yelled at my mom until she collapsed. My brother is also starting to act like him and b/c he strokes my dad's ego, my dad spends all the money my mom earns on him and doesn't make him do any work, even though he is 25. The worst part of this however is that my mom refuses to get the police or anyone involved. She also knows that he doesn't love her but she says she still can't leave him and once when I was about to call the police after my dad tried to throw my grandma (his mother) down the stairs my mom started crying and pleaded with me not to. Therefore I do not know what to do. I am convinced if I didn't live here my dad would have killed my mom and grandma along time ago. And no matter how much I try to talk with my dad and get him to change his attitude he just gets worse. Getting physical is also not an option b/c it would be me and against both my dad and my brother and my mom would probably get another heart attack out of it. So my main question is should I involve the police even though both my mom and grandma do not want them involved and if not what should I do?

I used to have the verizon juke and this happened all the time. It was a swivel phone. I was young so I didn't bring it up to get it fixed because I didn't realize I could. Now I have a verizon ally which is an android phone with a slide out keyboard and I still have this problem, just not as much. Verizon says its a problem with the network and that it doesn't happen often. My sister has a droid from verizon also and has so many issues with her phone but verizon insists that these problems don't exist. Yes just take the whole camera to the shop. You might have damaged some images by opening the camera in the bathroom but they'll develop something. The last few shots will have burnt away and the edges of some of the rest will burn away but as long as the rest of the roll was tightly wound deep in the camera they'll still develop as they were hidden from the light. Im working out but gaining weight?

ive been working out alot for the past few weeks and i didnt expect any drastic chnages or anything, i do seem to be loosing a bit of weight, my pants are starting to get loser and stuff, however when i step on the scale it says im gaining? i dont get it, i was 5 pounds over weight when i started but now im 1 pounds? and no its not my diet ive been eating very healthy, salads, no soda or junk foods anything. any ideas why im gaining weight?
