Where can I buy Harajuku lovers perfume?

My friend has Harajuku Lovers "Love" perfume and I loooove it. She's like my best friend and anyway, I absolutely love it. She has like a little swiveling compact of it and its like a sparkly balm, but perfume. Its like the Love girl's face and it has a flat cylinder of it inside. At first, I thought it was lip gloss but I figured it out. She got it for a birthday present about a month ago and she doesn't remember who gave it to her or where they got it. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Where can I buy it? Thanks! <3
