What mount can I use for my tripod for shooting portraits?

I want a mount that I can easily switch back from shooting at a landscape view and quickly rotate to a portrait view shot. Instead of having my camera almost tilted on it's side for a portrait shot, I want to be able to swivel it more easier so that I don't loose frame or take too much time readjusting my camera on the tripod.
