How to fix window blinds?

The ones that have two cords, one to pull the blinds open and closed and one swivel the blinds. A couple of the individual blinds have been somehow pushed into a different way to the others. So when the others are open these few are closed etc.. I can't use force as it seems it could break easily, is there a way to fix these? Thanks for any help!
