How to inflate Zero turn Tire? at Home?

This would have been my first time using the mower since winter about early December. I checked the mower today and the front left swivel tire was on flat! THe tire has no air in it what so ever and the tire does not touch the rim. How to inflate this tire at home>? name the tools needed and what to do please!
