Bait for Bass - Crayfish?

I rig them through the tail, I prefer to use circle hooks, because I usually will be using two rods, so that way if a fish takes it, the hook sets by itself when they swim away. hook size I can't remember, thats for you to decide. No swivel, no weight. 8 pound mono on a spinning reel. set the drag pretty low.
