Could I go to jail for this?

The other day, I saw this old lady standing on a swivel chair trying to set up a banner for someones birthday in our office. Standing on a swivel chair is very,very dangerous so I pulled it so she could fall. She is now in a coma and I was wondering if I could be pressed with charges, should I give her an overdose so she wont tell anyone?
