What is the best HDMI computer monitor?

I'm interested in getting a computer monitor with HDMI input. Probably 22-24" size - is 24 too big?. I'd want it for word processing, watching online TV and web browsing, not gaming. Maybe LED to reduce power consumption, but will that effect the picture quality? Tilt and swivel adjustment and good viewing angle would also be good. What would you recommend please? Many thanks.
