How do I mount a TV to a camper wall?

I have an older camper (1989 prowler) and I want to mount a 23 inch tv to the wall using a swivel/tilt mount. I have never mounted a tv (or anything else for that matter) so I want to make sure I can do this.. the camper walls are thin, and not durable whatsoever, the walls are some type of faux wood paneling.. any advice would be great!
