Mono mixer tap dripping?

It is either an o ring to be replaced but my money is that the seating body of the tap itself needs reseating.You can buy these at any plumbers merchants or go to b&q.The seating is causing the washer not to sit in proper so go buy one and follow the instructions.Changed a million taps in my time.
