I really can't decide between the Canon T3i or the 60D?

So I am new to photography and there is only a one or two hundred dollar price difference and plus the 60D comes with a slightly better lens. I also really like the build quality of the 60D way over the T3i but the bodies do get updated every year but its only a 100 dollar price difference so if it feels good and had a few nicer features here and there do you think I should get it? I also like the top LCD and its more stable. I can't decide. Im going to be doing a lot of video so I do need the swivel screen. Whats your input?
